The young blind women in Ghana were being trained to be bakers, and from their open clay ovens they turned out impressive loaves of bread that they had created from scratch. The entrepreneur saw a better way for them, a way that would significantly increase their efficiency. They would be able to make more product, generate more profit, enhance the quality of their lives.

Onstage in front of hundreds of children who had gathered from around the country to celebrate exceptional young artists with disabilities, the blind celebrity recalled how he’d always been encouraged to pursue his dreams.
